It was exactly a month between photos. March 12th/April 12th. Yes Deb, I was disgusted, after the photo was taken I cried. Not crying now😁

You have every right to be patting yourself on the back! That will get even easier to do, the more weight you lose (my arms used to be too fat to do it, LOL) Just a MONTH! Wow! Stick with this and continue your great progress!
