Scale broke last week so no weigh in😞 I haven't been logging in foods in a couple of days. I fell off the food-cart a few times but generally following my diet. Emotionally I am wrecked & I seem to be sabotaging myself at every turn...I am lost, lonely & confused. I can't stand my own selfish whining, hence the journal entries. I hope everyone has a healthy day🙏😘😎

I have been gone for quite awhile. During my absence I have sabotaged myself on all fronts. My food & gambling have become uncontrollable. I am back now & I have great hopes to move past all this negativity & head to a single life(1st time in 17 years). Great to be back😎😎😎

Barely any movement but no gain. Crazy week finalizing my Mom's last wishes...tough. My birthday was July 4th. & the last clear sentence from Mom was happy birthday I love you🌹 she died 4 days later. It's been a roller coaster.
