I am female in my mid fifties who has been through this song and dance before but feeling very positive. If i have done it before I can do it again. Looking to lose almost 30 kilos. It will be a long journey but that is good. I am doing keto, maybe really Atkins induction eating (as laid out in The New Diet Revolution (2003).
