Well, it's almost 10pm and I did not make the gym tonight, however I did 45 min on the stepper. My Hubby noted I couldn't get a true workout on my little stepper, but then he came in and saw me working my arms and switching up speeds. He had to dry my back I sweated so much😋 so there!!!!! I measured my waist today(as today was no weigh in) and to my delight my waist was a 38 1/2inches. It is quite literally the smallest it has been in over 40 years. The biggest was 57inches in 2000. I'm going to bed now and dream of treadmills in my sleep. Goodnight my FS friends 🙋
