204lbs this morning. Been stuck in a rut and avoiding a weigh in. Time to own up to it and get moving in the right direction again. So here we go.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Glen, I went shopping the other day. I'm not a plaid guy. I went into the Sears and they had all plaid in the cut I wanted. Then I went to the dress shirt section, which would work as they're solid colours, and if they had them in short sleeve. Yep they had them. Purple, pink, salmon, blaze orange.... Back to the T-shirts.

Thanks everyone. Good to be back, hiding out never does me much good. I'll check out a new pic/shirt but not 'till I hit goal or close to it. However I'm not a pink shirt guy, sorry. :) Gene, I'm on for the pounds down by next Friday. Since I've been surviving on mostly crap foods for a while, the glycogen flush alone should be way more than 2 lbs for me.
