My bio in the making…the best is yet to come.

When I was younger I had a lot of unhealthy eating patterns and sometimes without realizing what I am doing I fall into those old traps. I love eating healthy or my idea of healthy but I face a constant battle with sugar. On this journey I am learning to make peace with those not so great days. I know those days will happen because I am human. I try to practice mindfulness in my actions, diet and life. This is a lesson I learn on a daily from my buddy (thanks lovely, Ruhu). I realize that beating myself up, stressing and not dealing with the core issues is what prevents my recovery process. I will “Make peace with myself” (thanks lovely,Bella) by losing weight and getting healthy/fit at a pace that is realistic for me. I am excited about this journey and even if it takes a little longer I know I will get there. Thanks so much to my FS buddies (I love, appreciate and support you all), I’m learning a lot from everyone and could not have gotten this far without your unwavering support. Here’s to finding balance in our lives.
