200 lbs. A little too much enjoyment recently, celebrating with an engagement party, birthday, and family visiting from out of town over the weekend. It was fun but the weight is going in the wrong direction. Time to put on the brakes and get back to business.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gotta indulge a little or you'll go right back to it full force! Just pump the brakes, and steer in the right direction. Just don't fall back into the "birthday, hanging out with the guys, fast food, hey it's sunday" habit of making excuses. Pick the best to participate in whats coming up and plow through the rest with pride!

I actually did not start trying to lose weight until 5 weeks ago. Between signing up here and beginning I had gained nearly 6 more pounds. So I'm actually down 17 pounds in 5 weeks. I chose to start the "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" juice reboot. My daughter and I are doing it together and she has lost 28 pounds. We both feel much better and are now beginning to add some protein back to our menu. I plan to keep doing mostly juice/vegetables/fruit until I reach my goal. Then my plan is to stay away from refined anything as much as possible (with the occasional treat at birthdays etc), meat a couple of times a week and alternative protein the other times. I've found that salsa or lemon juice make good salad dressings. My serious sugar craving is gone and I now find grapes too sweet in making juice. All the best to everyone in the trenches!!!
