Just a quick note to say how proud I am of my wife Shelley - she's been with me in the journey to lose weight and be healthier for a while and is doing great. Here's a picture of her (center) with her 2 youngest daughters from this past weekend. She'd never toot her own horn so I'll toot it for her, I think she looks great.
