Yesterday was a SUPER day -- I exceeded this year's record for walking around my property with 1.1 miles; I topped my water-drinking with a whopping 80 ounces; I completed my third book of the year and started a 4th. I LOVE the feeling of accomplishing my goals each day! Weight finally started going down again this morning after several days of staying the same. Still, I lost two pounds last week. Life is good! (God is GREAT!)
94.1 kg Lost so far: 23.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
