I’m taking a day off today. The night before last, and the night before that I only slept a total of 3-5 hours. I’m not doing any walking, or drinking any water, or practicing piano; but I’m going to stay under 1,800 calories. I’ll start back on everything sometime after midnight dinghy tonight, or in the morning. I also haven’t had a BM in the past 3 days, since starting the Glycopyrrolate again, even though I’ve been drinking 6 bottles a day and I’ve had two “doses” of Smooth Move tea. Going to have another cup. If that doesn’t do anything, I’ll drink some MiraLAX. Oh and … there was something else, but I forgot what it was mid-sentence, lol.

The past three days, I’ve been under 1,800 calories!! That’s a real accomplishment for me!

Ate under 1,800 calories yesterday. That’s my target goal for this week. Drank 5 bottles of water (prefer 6), only had 7 cans of A&W Zero, walked 6 miles, up to date on Bible reading. A very good day! Instead of making Tapioca Pudding (293 calories, which I have been eating several times a day for months), I made Sugar-Free Jell-O (15 calories in my 3/4-cup serving). When I get overheated from walking, I eat one of those, or drink a 30-calorie can of V-8, which only has 30 calories. I’m making little changes, and I’m expecting to reap big rewards!

My goal for the week was to average under 2,000 a day. I made it down to 2,011! Considering that I’ve been eating around 3,000 a day for several months, I’m very pleased with this accomplishment. The thing I’ve been doing scale-wise is that I wrote 149 in big letters on a card and put it over the display on the digital scale. Every day, I still get on the scale and visualize my delight at only weighing 149. I lost 2 pounds this week. My goal is to reach 149 by August 15, 2024. I have 21 weeks left to get there, and I’ll be losing at least 2.5 pounds a week. I’m walking 6 miles a day now, which burns almost 700 calories, and I’m eating healthy, nutritious foods. I’m 100% in this! Praise the Lord for creating the Law of Attraction which I’m tapping into in order to change my life in every area.

Today I set up the upcoming Daily Accountability challenges, but I ran into a snag. It was showing that I had already set up 2024-#14 and wouldn't let me create it, but I couldn't find it anywhere, so I just went on and set up #15 and #16. Just wanted to let you know in case you were looking ahead and wondering where #14 is. Mystery to me, lol!
Only one day left until weigh-in. I'm praying for a good bowel movement today, since I didn't go any yesterday.
