I did bacon and eggs for months when starting keto. The bacon started to feel like too much food and the saturated fat seems unhealthy over a long term. Over time my appetite decreased noticeably and I've adjusted down to just 2 eggs or a smoothie (lettuce, carrot, vanilla protein, ginger, turmeric).

Hello Bill! I’m new to this app and still learning to navigate it. I stumbled on to your page and read about the algorithm you read about and have had so much success with! Unfortunately I’m having trouble finding it in the ways you listed it in your bio🙁 which is not shocking considering I’m awful with technology. Lol.
