Woke at 216.2, up 3.6 from yesterday. Red wine not doing its job yet. Ate an avocado for breakfast and brought the other half of yesterday's Chef's salad for lunch. Will try to get more water in. Did not drink enough over the weekend as I was traveling and wanted a bit more control over my bathroom breaks. Have a great week! UPDATE: Enjoyed my massive Chef’s salad with steak for lunch. Came home at 217.6. Had Beef Bourguignon for dinner. The best Instant Pot recipe ever! Took some Lasix to try to help with the extra water. The waking weight is today’s low.
