Well, I've almost done it. I've ALMOST gotten back up to 200 pounds! This spring, I was down to 171.2 (goal of 165 within reach). Now, I am back up to 196.5!!! This emotional roller coaster is wreaking havoc with my eating! I want to eat all day, every day! I was able to get the substantiating documentation to re-submit the application for the patient assistance foundation to try to get the new prescription that my psychiatrist wants to get me on. It's called Rexulti. Anyone have experience with that drug? I'm finding that even doing such EASY things like closing a drawer or cabinet door are hard for me now. I also called a place about getting counseling, but they haven't called me back. After my daughter picks up the kids this morning, I will call again. I've GOT to get back to healthy eating! Remember, I gave away all my big fall/winter clothes!!! Sorry I haven't been around as much to support you all. I've had over 800 Notifications that I never even read. Hard to squeeze anything out of a dry sponge.

I’m sorry for your struggles. I always thought summers would be a good time to improve on the losses I had in the Spring. I am typically wrong about that.

Awe Debbie ❤️ hugs 🤗 and 🙏😔 you might not be able to control all these things that keep happening in your life, but you have the tools luv and you have done so awesome. Take your power back friend 💕💕🙌🙌you can control this part. I get meds. Prednisone is hard on a lot of us and it takes awhile to drop that weight. Same with other meds. I know you can do this 💯💪💪 log everything, ask yourself if you’re really hungry or sad or bored. We’re all here rooting for you!!!

Dear Debbie, I know that place, in the throes of a depression so deep that it seems no light can reach it. Right now, you *mental* health is the priority. One of the truths of this life is that change is inevitable. So, you'll come out the other side of this darkness and, when that happens, I know that you'll also recover the determination that has brought you so far. You're in my prayers!

If you don’t already. Start meditating in small amounts. I’m not saying to do this instead of anything else you do but as an addition to your”toolbox.” There are several people I know including me who have truly made sustainable change for the better in their emotional health (some were depressed and even suicidal) and not only is meditating one of the only methods in common between their journeys but it is also professed by all of them as being one of the main “keys” to not only changing but MAINTAINING the changes because it’s so easy to slip back. Everyone I know who has stopped meditating has observed that they become vulnerable over time to slipping back and when they start meditating again they experience progress. It feels like a subtle change at first but if you stay committed you will realize how powerful a tool meditating can be. Good luck in finding all the right solutions for you and your life. I hope this helped.

We're all supporting you at this time You will find the way to get what you need and get back on track with what you deeply want and deserve. I also find that meditation helps me so much. It's at least a tool that has no down side.
