Greetings my Faithful Followers!

Yay - I am on the other side of the surgery. Thank you all for checking in with me!

It went very well and now I am sitting with my arms in a long sleeved compression girdle type garment with both arms wrapped in ace bandages for the next week to ten days. It is a challenge keeping both arms elevated and depending on my husband for everything. He is a saint!

One thing...they never weighed me! They simply asked my current weight! My husband said in the recovery room coming out of anesthesia I kept saying, "You didn't weigh me...why didn't you weigh me?"

Today I am swollen and bloated from surgery and doing a carb re-feed. It will even out eventually once I am able to get closer to a normal routine in a couple weeks.

Short Range Goals:

* Down on the Idiot Box while retaining muscle by year end 2018 DOING
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer in late 2018 or early 2019
* Drink at least 12-14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals: 2018/2019
*Bodyfat at 27% or less (Current 29.38%)by summer 2019
*Longer range body fat goal is 25% - which at my age is great!
*Maintain 160lbs or less staying under goal weight in 2019
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts
