I am 42 yrs old, newly separated and live in Alabama. I have a 21 yr old step-son and 19 and 12 yr old daughters.

I maintained my weight at around 142 until 2005 when I moved to a new city, started a new job and bought a house. I gained about 20 lbs. In 2006 I got married, moved to another new city and started another new job. I weighed 162 on the day I got married and 3 yrs later I hit 215.

In August 2010 I started and stayed on Atkins induction until early December. In those short 4 mos, I lost down to 158.5 for a total loss of 56.5 lbs. Due to a tragedy in Dec 2010 I gradually gained back up to around 193. In April 2013 I managed to get back on plan and lost back down to 158.5.

I am starting fresh on Induction January 6, 2014 to get off the extra weight I put back on during the holidays plus those last pesky 15 lbs. I'm going to a beach wedding in mid-June and I plan to meet my goal long before then!
