Back from Buffalo and had a good time with our two grandsons and family there. But I also came back bearing about 4 lbs more than when I left. Damn carbs for the most part...I didn't do myself any favors either eating several dessert bars in a work meeting earlier. Oh well...adjustments are in order. Dinner will be light.

Glad the family visit went great Jim, too bad about the carb/water bloat :( I've resigned myself that I can't successfully eliminate carbs/sweets, but I have tried to control them....now, like others here, I try to time consumption to post workout AND limit portion size...most times it works but not always. Good luck mate, hope that water weight moves out quick :-)

Dollybaby was correct... the time with family was worth the little gain and you do know how to get it off again! Vacations are meant to enjoy so don't sweat it... now get back to work eating healthy :D
