Blueberry Oat Muffins

Vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix chia seeds with 6 tbsp water, let sit 30 min.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients.
  4. Mix all wet ingredients.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients together.
  6. Scoop to parchment liners in pan.
  7. Bake 30 minutes.
  8. Cool 15 min and move to cooling rack.
