Crisp and colorful vegetable and chicken salad.

Directions
- Chop vegetables mix.
- Add oranges, chicken, noodles - dry.
- Mix oils, vinegar, honey and sauce together. Add garlic and ginger.
- Mix sauce and add over salad, toss to coat.

Reviews
I used fresh chicken breast for the canned chicken and I used a fresh mandarin orange. I did not use the seasoning package that came with the Ramen noodles. These allowed me to reduce the sodium levels. A nice addition would be some raw cashew nuts. The salad was delicious.
