Directions
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt and onion powder.
- Fry chopped onion until soft.
- Add fried onions and yogurt to the flour mixture. Mix just until combined and sticky.
- Place mixture on floured board. Pat mix until about 1/2 thick then cut out for approximately 10 biscuits with a glass.
- Place biscuits on a greased pan and bake in a convection oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
