Onion Biscuits

Delicious, simple, and low-fat snacks.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and onion powder.
  2. Fry chopped onion until soft.
  3. Add fried onions and yogurt to the flour mixture. Mix just until combined and sticky.
  4. Place mixture on floured board. Pat mix until about 1/2 thick then cut out for approximately 10 biscuits with a glass.
  5. Place biscuits on a greased pan and bake in a convection oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
