Banana Oat Muffins

Moist, sweet and delicious.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mash 3 bananas, cut up the 4th, and save to add at the end.
  2. Mix all wet ingredients.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients.
  4. Combine the 2 mixtures and fold in sliced bananas when 80% mixed.
  5. Divide the mixture into muffin tins and top with a sprinkle of oats and raw sugar as desired.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
