Directions
- Mash 3 bananas, cut up the 4th, and save to add at the end.
- Mix all wet ingredients.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Combine the 2 mixtures and fold in sliced bananas when 80% mixed.
- Divide the mixture into muffin tins and top with a sprinkle of oats and raw sugar as desired.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
