Vegetable Soup

A vegetable soup packed with delicious, healthy veggies.

Directions

  1. In large pot, add chopped up veggies, to chicken stock and water.
  2. Let boil for about 30 minutes and then simmer until ready to eat.

I cut up and added a chicken breast to this. The soup was actually better than I thought it would be.

This is good but had to add more salt. Just how much is a serving. Wish it was stated in cup, half cup etc.

This was quite nice and filling. It needs something to just pep it up a notch though. I added pepper but think it could do with salt. Also I used beef stock as didn't have any chicken stock in the pantry. Because I'm on Optifast I added a teaspoon of oil to my serving as well.
