Directions
- Grind in mixie to a smooth paste half cup onions, tomatoes, cilantro, ginger, garlic clove, cinnamon, cayenne, salt, curry powder and coconut milk.
- In a pan add oil and cumin, sauté.
- Add remaining onions. Add all the vegetables and sauté.
- Add ground paste cook for 15-20 minutes until done. Serve hot.
