Cottage Cheese Oat Bagel

Soft and tasty, perfect for breakfast with coffee.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix eggs with the cottage cheese. Blend with the immersion blender.
  2. Add salt to taste (optional).
  3. Add oat flour and mix well. The dough should be solid and soft, not runny.
  4. Form bagels and place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle and lightly press sesame seeds on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 35 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
