Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Pork chops with a flavorful parmesan coating.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together mustard, oil, and spices.
  4. Season the 4 pork chops with pepper, then brush both sides of the chops with the mustard mixture.
  5. Press the grated parmesan cheese into both sides of the chops.
  6. Place the chops on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. The coating should be browned and slightly crispy and the pork should be cooked all the way through.
  7. Note: you can also use this recipe with boneless chicken breasts instead of pork chops & it is just as dee-lish!

We liked this. I was surprized by how juicy it became! But the porkchops were very tender. It is not a dry type of topping.

I agree, this is a perfect low-carb dish! I’ve made this a couple of times, with both pork tenderloin and boned chops. Season with salt and pepper, brush both sides with Dijon mustard, and dredge with Parmesan cheese. I used an air fryer for a perfect crust.

I cut the recipe in half and cooked in my air fryer for 11 minutes. Perfectly crusted and juicy. Great for us keto people.

I love this recipe! Used two full bone in chops. Used 1\2 the parm and mustard marinade and increased cooking time to 30 minutes. Still very flavorful and juicy.

I've been making this recipe for years but recently started adding a 1/4 of mayo. The chicken (or pork) comes out so tender and moist. Definitely a keeper!

These were delicious. I used shredded parm, and the cheese was kinda gooey, but the taste was marvelous.

WOW! This knocked our socks off! Hubby isn't low carb but said these were the best chops he ever tasted! Will make again and again! And with chicken next! I adjusted the recipe and added 2 tbsp mayo to the mustard and olive oil. Made a thick paste and the Parmesan stuck well. Baked at 350 for 15 min then 380 for 5-10 to brown the crust. Couldn't be juicier!!! You HAVE to try these! No more dry chops. I am in LOVE!!!
