A lower fat alternative to hamburgers, with next to no carbs.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Form into 8 patties and put into a hot non-stick pan.
  3. Cook for about 8-10 minutes per side.
