Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Easy low-fat baked sweet potato fries for those craving a high-fat and salty treat like fast food french fries.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400° F (200° C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until potatoes are evenly coated with oil and spices.
  3. Place potatoes on a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes, or until done.
  4. Note: you can use up to 3 sweet potatoes with this recipe and not have to add any more oil or spices. Enjoy!

I'm always looking for variety. I get wrapped around seven or eight foods. This will be a great help.

Good for Primal/Paleo if you're at your ideal weight or if you have the available carbs. Looking forward to this in about 30 pounds.

Very happy with how these came out. I used a Mandelin slicer and made wavy chips. Add a step to flip 2/3 the way through and shorten the cooking time.

Love this recipe. I also get good results if you bake them for half the time, and then grill them. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside.

I love sweet potato fries, I usually put parmesan cheese and rosemary on them. They're awesome!

love love love. I'm having this for lunch. I think it'd go great with a yogurt-based dipping sauce.
