193.8 lbs. Not much of a loss and less than I expected. I believe primarily due to excess salt and a little over on calories yesterday. Not worried about it.
87.9 kg Lost so far: 27.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes, it's the overall movement (and direction) that counts.

I don't know if you're a snacker or not, but giving them up is the easiest way to cut excess calories. Still, it feels great to see a loss, right? Congrats!

It's still a loss. Congrats, Jim!

Soonsoonsoon, you could be right, because I have decided to give up the chips & cookies. I gave up the sodas and that helped too, so now it's time to do it!! Thanks for your suggestion. I plan to try healthier snacks, like apple slices or pear slices, but will still have to watch them because of their sugar content. Good Luck all!!

I've been pretty good about snacks lately. The mini candy bars were my nemesis and I haven't touched them. HONEST!! lol. Gotta watch the alcohol shots. People at work gave me 3 bottles of Southern Comfort for Christmas. My favorite beverage of consumption. :)

Ooo Southern Comfort. Yum. I purposely didn't buy any for Christmas this year. Not having it in the house removes temptation. Not that I'd suggest you give it away ...

Man, I haven't had Southern Comfort in ages. I remember it being extremely smooth and goin' down way too easy, :). Please enjoy some for me, because I have basically quit drinking.

I haven't drank since I started LCHF and wasn't much a drinker before that, but, "whiskey snob" definitely fit! What's your favorite, Draglist? If I'm not going out of my way to find a decent sipping whiskey I love Makers Mark, but if I want something pricier Garrison Brothers Texas Straight Bourbon is excellent.
