Thank you so much, you guys! Having support from you, my friends helps so much. I love to "look" stable, but I skipped my recording day last week because my weight was up so much. I've decided to commit 100% to recording Saturdays no matter what the ups and downs. With the holidays, I'm afraid I will say good bye to the line looking so even.... I"ll keep fighting my way back from the fluctuations. Being, "accountable" is important for me, and I will stick with it! 😁

Nice way to start the weekend❣️

I do not find the line looking even at all. Even when I think I did "good" it jumps one way or the other. All about the averages I think

Thanks, dawnie! Moo, that is exacly what I was trying to do! 😁 I was working hard with the aim of starting the weekend on target... My hubby's anniversary party for being at his job 25 years is tonight. There will be some special food! I'll be careful but still enjoy!

Thanks, liv! I know it bumps around EVEN for you! 😁 I just what the movements to be less wild. It is going to be an interesting week! I suspect a sizable jump... I just can't see how I will avoid it with eating such different food from my norm for three big events. 😁

Good job! The holidays are tough. I usually spend January and February at least trying to take off what I gain during November and December. I will be eating holiday meals at relatives' homes so won't have leftovers to tempt me. I think more damage is done with leftovers. And as long as I don't have stuff like eggnog or See's candy (the peanut brittle alone was worth about 10 pounds a couple years ago) I think I can at least maintain. Must be tougher for you since you can bake BREAD!

You can do this. Enjoy your favorites in moderation and skip the ordinary stuff! 💚💜💛

Thanks, Fritzy! Special days and events are tough for sure. There is all the stuff we don't usually get! My house will be bursting with many people for many events. Thanksgiving is when we have my favorite meal of the year. All my kids pick a favorite, and we all help each other cook. I love it! Yes there will be some kind of rolls! Wonderful you have family and friends to share the holidays with and then leave the lovely stuff at their houses!! shirfleur, yes, for sure I want to pick my calories carefully. No sense wasting mouthfuls on less than delightful morsels! 😁

eatolive4life, thank you! Steven, I'm managing to hang in there! 😁 Becc, thank you, dear! I'm afraid this week will see some gains, but it is good to be at goal now for sure!

Sounds like a wonderful Thanksgiving meal Melissa! My sister told me her daughter (my niece) was making chicken fried steak for the meal. Because her brother (my nephew) will be there and that is his favorite meal. I think my nephew - in law is planning on also preparing a small turkey. I'm okay with whatever they have. My mom used to make chicken fried steak sometimes with round steak when we were kids.
