222.6 lbs. Ugly but there it is. No excuses, the solution to the problem is clear, I just need to do what needs to be done.

I feel you. Just read your intro and we have followed similar paths. I lost over 60 lbs and got to 185 and plateaued hard. Discouraged and stressed at work I fell back into old habits and put 40 back on. I am starting again on my “Better Choices” lifestyle and hope to keep it up. See you on the way down!
