Good morning! Made it halfway to Ohio last night and then crashed in Donegal, PA. Nice Holiday Inn Express. Didn't bring my coconut oil with me so just enjoyed two hard boiled eggs with some coffee. Up several times last night so my water whoosh occurred... and me without a scale to measure the result! Oh well, if I maintain correctly this weekend, I can see the weight loss on Monday night. UPDATE: Didn't go too crazy on eating and actually got some extra steps in, walking around the halls of the performance facility while Emily was practicing until midnight.
