Doing terrible. Gaining a pound a day. My own fault. Didn't even finish recording my food yesterday or keep up with the Notifications. I DID get out of the house four days in a row, though. That's about the only positive thing I can think of - oh, and that I took my grand daughter to a movie yesterday.

The psychiatrist changed my meds - Kept Trintellix at maximum dose. Increased Rexulti from 0.5mg to 1mg. Cut Wellbutrin from 300mg to 150mg with plan to replace it with something else at next visit.

What I didn't record yesterday was a 6" Club Sub from Subway with about 3T of mayo on it, a bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos, and 3 White Chocolate Macadamia nut cookies. I think that's all. I'll start recording again this morning, because it really scares me to think about STOPPING doing it - especially at the rate I'm going!

Good job, getting out of the house. Med changes were always difficult for me, adjustments, but when you end up on the right one, everything changes. Hang in there :)

I know how you feel because I’ve been there. Don’t give up! It’s hard for me after I eat more than I planned, because I’m feeling frustrated & powerless, but fortunately every day is another chance to start over. Praying for you!
