Woke at 220.8, down 2.2 from yesterday. Fasting until dinner and then targeting 1100 calories. UPDATE: Fasted until 6 pm and got a nice 219.2 weigh in. Made some "chaffles" for dinner, but did not hit my protein macro of 100 grams. I added three foil pouches of tuna for an additional 300 calories but got to 104 grams. First time under 220 since November 2018.

Do you weigh in the morning? I would be up about 3 pounds if I had 1100 calories for dinner. Funny how everyone is so different with what works.

Thank you, Fritzy, Jim, L2E, and Liv! Yes this was the morning. I’m almost always higher then than my pre dinner weight, but not today. Fingers crossed for a lower number in about an hour!
