Pumpkin, Walnut & Chocolate Chip Muffins

Great, tasty, moist muffins.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 °C and grease muffin tins.
  2. Sift together flour, protein powder, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder baking soda and salt.
  3. Beat butter until smooth and light. Mix in sugar until well combined then add eggs one at a time.
  4. Beat in pumpkin and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture alternating with the milk. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
  5. Spoon into muffin tins and sprinkle with toasted pumpkins seeds if desired.
  6. Bake for 25 - 35 minutes for regular muffin tins (1 hour for large and loaf tins).
