Pumpkin, Walnut & Chocolate Chip Muffins
Great, tasty, moist muffins.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 175 °C and grease muffin tins.
- Sift together flour, protein powder, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder baking soda and salt.
- Beat butter until smooth and light. Mix in sugar until well combined then add eggs one at a time.
- Beat in pumpkin and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture alternating with the milk. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Spoon into muffin tins and sprinkle with toasted pumpkins seeds if desired.
- Bake for 25 - 35 minutes for regular muffin tins (1 hour for large and loaf tins).
