Directions
- Soak dates in warm water for 15 minutes.
- Puree all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth, 2-3 minutes, adding more almond milk if desired (a little thin is best as the pudding thickens when refrigerated).
- Divide into 6 bowls. Serve once chilled.
