Morning Glory Muffins

Gluten-free, hearty, and delicious.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Shred apples and carrots, and mix with maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients and then add the wet and mix well.
  4. Fill lined muffin cups and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Let them cool on a wire rack for half an hour.
