Turkey Lentil Chili

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in large non stick pot, then add onions and garlic. Sauté until translucent. Add ground turkey and brown.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer gently until lentils are soft.
