Soft and buttery omelette.

Directions

  1. Lightly beat eggs.
  2. Chop pepper, onion and shredded cheddar.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Fry beaten eggs on medium heat with butter. Then add pepper, onion and shredded cheddar.
  5. Serve with white bread lightly toasted.
