Curry Bean Salad

A colorful and crunchy mix of beans and veggies.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop your cucumber into quarters.
  2. Shred carrots.
  3. Wash beans under cold water in a colander.
  4. Toss together in a large bowl.
  5. Add your olive oil, garlic powder and curry powder.
  6. Toss one last time.
