Protein rich steamed tofu rolls.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dice mushroom and carrots.
  2. Combine turkey, mushroom and carrots. Season with your favorite herbs and spices to taste.
  3. Spread above ingredients on tofu sheets, and form into rolls.
  4. Steam for 15-20 minutes.
