Lemon Broccoli Salad

A perfect summer side dish with a satisfying crunch and a hint of sweet and sour that works perfectly with grilled burgers or chicken.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon peel, lemon juice and ginger.
  2. Add broccoli, red onion and cranberries. Toss to coat.
  3. Cover and chill for 1 to 24 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with almond slivers.
