Оладьи из Кабачков

Нежные, сочные, ароматные оладушки.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Среднего размера зеленый кабачок, г на 300, средняя луковица, зубчик чеснока. Кабачок на крупной терке, чеснок на мелкой, лук мелко порезать.
  2. Смешать все ингредиенты, посолить, добавить любимых приправ (я добавляю итальянские травы и черный перец). Мука и яйца нужны для придания формы и чтобы было легче их переворачивать.
  3. Жарим с небольшим количеством масла, в среднем по 5 мин на каждой стороне на небольшом огне. Получается примерно 10 шт. Как соус можно использовать несладкий/нежирный йогурт.
