Lentilles Corail à l'indienne aux Petits Légumes

Un accompagnement complet qui peut s'accompagner aussi bien de viande rouge, que de viande blanche que de poissons

  1. Faire revenir oignon et ail émincés dans l'huile.
  2. Ajouter la tomate épépinée, les courgettes et les poivrons détaillés en petits cubes, le piment oiseau émincé. Cuire
  3. Ajouter les lentilles lavées et égouttées, le curry, curcuma, cumin selon votre goût, sel et poivre.
  4. Servir saupoudré d'un peu de coriandre fraîche émincée
  5. Pour cuire les lentilles: couvrir d'eau jusqu'à dépasser les lentilles de 1 ou 2 cm. Porter à ébullition, couvrir et laisser cuire environ 15 minutes.
