Chicken, Broccoli, Cauliflower & Pasta Casserole
A baked casserole using fresh chicken, cooked pasta and vegetables.
Ingredients
Directions
- Boil chicken breast until done and drain. When cool enough to handle, cut into small bite size pieces.
- In a square or round casserole dish add soup, broccoli, cauliflower, pasta and chicken and mix well.
- Sprinkle the cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
- Note: serve with a garden salad or can be frozen into portions.

I love this recipe, but don't add pasta at all. I add bread crumbs and a little bit of curry powder for taste (and lots of pepper!!)
