A healthy wholegrain high fibre soup.
Ingredients
Directions
- In large saucepan, combine onion soup, water, lentils, rice, tomatoes, carrot, oregano, thyme and basil.
- Bring mixture to a boil and simmer covered stirring occasionally 45 minutes or until lentils and rice are tender.
- Stir in parsley, vinegar and pepper and serve.
- Note: great with rye bread.
