Pumpkin Pecan White Chocolate Treat
A white chocolate fantasty for Atkins followers.
Ingredients
Directions
- Soften up the butter and cream cheese by putting them in microwave until butter begins to melt.
- Using mixer, blend the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add pumpkin and cream and continue to blend. Then slowly add the pudding mix until all ingredients are mixed together well.
- Spoon on to wax paper and press pecan half onto the top of each to flatten out, about 24 pieces.
- Place in freezer and freeze, later placing into a covered dish in the freezer.

this is so good! I cant have nuts on atkins right now so I skipped it, but it tastes like butterscotch fudge to me.
