Tabbouleh Salad

Traditional healthy Arabian cracked wheat salad.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add the bulgur.
  3. Cover and let stand until the bulgur is tender and the liquid is completely absorbed, about 15 to 20 minutes.

  5. Toss gently just until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
  7. Serve chilled.
