Lemon Pepper Chicken

Chicken breast sprinkled with lemon-pepper seasoning and fresh lemon juice.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place chicken in baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
  3. Cut lemon in half and squeeze both sides over chicken.
  4. Top with piece of fresh lemon if desired.
  5. Cook at 400 °F (200 °C) till cooked through. Bake till done.

haven't tried this recipe yet, but this is note for myself. Since I need to add extra salt to my diet everyday (long story) I need to use the lemon pepper salt.

great inspiration! i modified this recipe quite a bit (adding whole mushrooms/garlic/onions and frying in lemon juice/organic chicken stock/ extra light olive oil/a touch of honey). i used 2 boneless/skinless chicken breasts and pounded them thin and rubbed in the lemon/pepper seasoning. YUM!

This recipe is excellent and very simple. It didn't take very long either, only around 30 minutes at 400 degrees. I will definitely use this one again!
