I eat the ACTIVA vanilla yogurt and add grapes, strawberries,or pineapple. It is sweet and the activa containers contain less yogurt than regular containers!

there are some low carb yogurts out there that are very good. i like to add a few pecans or almonds to the vanilla flavored or some berries. low fat doesn't mean low carb. when the manufacturers take out something they always add something usually high in carbs.

Bananas are not okay on any phase of South Beach Diet. You can have berries in Phase 2 and 3.

I'd also consider adding some nice berries to this especially in summer.
