Muffin Salé au Thon

Muffins salés utilisant des légumes frais, du thon et des oeufs.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Couper le poivron et la tomate en petits cubes.
  2. Dans un saladier battre les oeufs et ajouter le thon émietté ainsi que les petits cubes de légumes. Ajouter du sel et du poivre à votre convenance.
  3. Dans des moules à muffins (de préférence en silicone), ajouter la préparation délicatement (pour ne pas en mettre par tout) à l'aide d'une louche. Enfourner les muffins dans le four pendant 15-20 minutes à 180°C.

Je vais essayer ! Il faut faire 6 muffins, il y as 6 portions au total. Enfin c'est ce que je comprends.
