- Boil chicken and shred or place olive oil in a pan, dice the chicken and cook until no pink is left
- Add red pepper and garlic to the pan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes than add all other ingredients (except the cheese).
- Cook through until all hot and place either in or on bread, pasta or salad.

Loved this recipe .. for me I just cut down by half on cheese and tripled spinach and didn't put over anything. Thank you so much for this it will be added to my meals.
